Terms & Conditions

Booking with Beech Mount you will be accepting the following terms and conditions:

Prepaid Rate Bookings

 A credit/debit card is required at the time of booking.

 Bookings made on a Prepaid rate are charged at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. The payment card must be

produced upon check-in at the hotel along with support ID.

 Should you wish to make any changes, a £15 amendment fee plus any difference in price for the new reservation, will be

charged. Subject to availability at the time of amending the booking.

 All taxes are included in the price.

 All cars are parked at the owner's risk.

 A £0.50 booking fee will be added.

 you may be asked for a credit card on check in to guarantee any charges in addition to your room charge

Flexible Rate Bookings

 A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room.

 The credit card will not be debited unless you fail to arrive.

 You will be asked for a credit card upon arrival at the hotel.

 The card will be authorised but not charged at that time.

 Payment for your stay will be made upon arrival.

 If you wish to pre pay or pay by any other means please contact the reservations office at the hotel of your choice.

 You may cancel your reservation up to 2.00pm local hotel time 48 hours prior to arrival without any financial penalty.

 All taxes are included in the price.

Cancellation Policy

 8 weeks prior to arrival loss of Deposit

 3-8 Weeks is 50% loss of total amount due

 0-3 weeks full amount is non-refundable.

 In the event of an obvious or palpable error, how so ever occasioned or displayed, we reserve the right to decline your booking

and refund you the amount paid.

Out Bookings

In the event that no room is available, we will endeavour to:-

Find suitable alternative accommodation of an equal or better standard to the Hotel holding the Guest's guaranteed booking.

Provide free transportation to the alternative hotel for the Guest and other members of the Guest's party who are listed in the

Guests guaranteed booking.

 Where we have more than one hotel in a resort we may sometimes be required to switch your booking from the hotel you

originally booked to one of our other nearby hotels.

HOTEL PROPRIETORS ACT 1956

Loss of or Damage to Guests' Property

Under the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956, an hotel proprietor may in certain circumstances be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a

guest's property even though it was not due to any fault of the proprietor or staff of the hotel.

This liability however-

 (a)extends only to the property of guests who have engaged sleeping accommodation at the hotel;

 (b)is limited to £50 for any one article and a total of £100 in the case of any one guest, except in the case of property which has

been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safe custody;
